Creative Brief:
Tuscany Village is an upscale, 91 unit, 50 million dollar condo development in Victoria, BC. Their target audience is both out of province investment buyers as well as the local baby boomer demographic.
A full marketing campaign was required consisting of newspaper & magazine ads, site signage, business cards, letterhead, model suite signage (interior & exterior), various print pieces and website development
Goals:
To create a complete advertising campaign to generate awareness of this new development, drive traffic though the display suite, and ultimately stimulate sales.
EdgeFlow was responsible for developing the theme of the campaign, creating ad concepts and all artwork, overseeing ad placement within various print publications and designing all signage.
Results
Upon completion of the initial phase of the marketing campaign, traffic increased as did sales. Development of Tuscany Village has now been completed, the developer has attracted significant corporate retailers (Thrifty Foods & Starbucks) to their site and currently only a few residential units remain available for sale.
